My guts feel fine. I look very clear. My tongue looks like the North Pole.
I am experiencing less cravings than ever.
So far so good.

Except last night my lower right back/right hip/right thigh all began to ache and spasm. I traced it to tight muscles in my lower back and inner thigh. I feel like I have swollen glands in that right groin/leg area, its very uncomfortable. It hurt so much at 4am that I woke up and could not go back to sleep.

I know it is temporary. And it hurts less when I walk around.
As I recall, I had a very similar symptom show up the day I broke my last MC. Coincidence?

Other than that pain and lost sleep last night, things are progressing just fine.
My elbow stopped hurting altogether yesterday. It feels totally normal.
I feel my energy rising today.
I want to go out and play in the sun.
