Hi there and forgive my offtopic question.

But I was just wondering if anyone here has done the 44 minutes sungazing according to the HRM method? if so, then have you seen any difference in your eating habits and your general happiness?

I'm on my 7th minute so far and still not very sure if I will cause blindness if I persue this any longer.
