That is truly a SHOCKING amount of water to drink each day and you are just heading for trouble...unless you happen to be very over weight !! The latter half of Bob's reply is the only one to follow from a healthy point of view...it is the only appropriate one to follow...half your body weight in fl.oz. etc.
