i'm on day 5 and i'm not sure if i should go off my thyroid meds. i've been on them since i was a kid. i've read a couple of chinese internal medicine books that just say with massaging the glands, it will heal over a period of time. any insight on stopping meds during the MC? i've been wanting to stop taking them for a long time, but i'm not sure. and since i've not really be in tune with my body for a long time, i can't tell if i should make that decision or not.
