Hello.

I just had my hormone levels testing using electromagnetic response testing. It showed that my progesterone was high, and testosterone low. The tester suggested that I have my doctor write an order for hormone tests with blood work. He said they can formulate a supplement exactly for my needs.

1) Is there a time in my menstrual cycle that I should have this?

2) Is the blood test reliable?

3) If my hormones are out of balance, can I do something naturally, or should I take a supplement?
