Hey,
I did my first liver cleanse on Saturday. I chose to do the 1 pint olive oil flush, it was disgusting but then i guess i wasn't expecting it not to be. The knock on effect seems to be the following;
1) my stools are now extrememly pale in colour
2) i have not had any bowel movemnets for 2 days when 2 movements a day was previously normal 4 me

Is this normal or should i be concerned do u think? Also when would be the right time to do the next cleanse, can you do weekly cleanses until u feel better or is it best to leave two weeks or more inbetween?
