Hello there Dear Friend. My how the time has flown!!! Day 19 has me feeling weak and very hungry. Stayed in bed until it was time to come to work. Felt like eating and in fact, all I do is think of food. I want to stay the course because I see so many wonderful changes!!!!!!

Thank God I have this site or I would have caved a long time ago. We're counting down the days now. Won't be long until we're sipping o.j. and preparing our soup. That time will "soon come."
