this is my first time on the mc, and i feel as if i'm a little nervous about it. i've been about 50 pounds overweight ever since i was an adolescent, and this is a huge step for me. i'm not really sure how many days i'll be on it. how do you eat healthily? are you vegan? can you give me a sample day of what your nutrition looks like when you come out of the Master-Cleanse and o.j.?
