I would stay on the acidopholus - it'll help you avoid a fungus infection following the anti and a need for Flagyl.

You can be sure your mix at home is not the same quality or proper ratio.

Finally - if it IS some bacteria causing it - go get a good tea tree oil soap from the health food store. I don't think its bacteria - but if it is, this would help.
