Antibiotics ? For eczema? Did he say it was eczema or did he give you that dermatologist should shrug and say, ah what the hell - we'll try some Antibiotics ?

Yes, acidopholous is a good thing to take. Just wait at least an hour after taking the ab to down them.

Udo's choice. Helped many with eczema. June may be too close but for a long term help - pick some up. 1 tablespoon per 50 lbs.
