Hi All,

I just finished Dr. Schulze 's 5-Day liver cleanse and general detox. About the third day of the juice fast, I started coughing a lot. Deep, bronchial coughing and spitting up phlegm, sometimes clear, sometimes yellow-green. It has been fairly clear for the last day or so. I figured it was part of the detox, but I have been coughing for 4 days now and am wondering if this is normal.

I feel healthy, not like I am coming down with a cold or something. I have a small spot on my abdominal muscles which I think is a small hernia that I have had for years. I'm coughing so much, I'm hoping I don't blow this out more or something! The coughing isn't constant, but comes in waves where I cough a lot, often at night. I have continued the raw foods part of the cleanse. The only cooked things I have eaten have been some wedding cake yesterday (mostly frosting) and a baked potato today.
