I just want to say...I always read and follow your posts on here. I spoke with you last year about Candida issues. About 5 months ago I did a 17 day juice fast and felt great. However I want to accomplish at least a 20 day master cleanse, because of it's ease and simplicity with preparation. I can't seem to make it past 6 days on this particular cleanse. I feel juices to be much more sustaining as well as complicated and time consuming on the other end. My question...do you think taking a tad of a liquid vitamin/mineral supplement while on the master cleanse..would hurt anything? I feel strongly that I need an extra OOMPH so to speak. It helped me alot while juice fasting. I am gonna start this cleanse tomorrow.

I would also like to know what day you are on and when are you going to end it, as well as any helpful advice to make this a success. I can almost feel the kind of person you are, you offer so much to people on here. I do hope you stay around post cleanse as well. You are a blessing and a wealth of information.
