Dear friends,

It is not advisable to drink even the purest sea water , except in very small amounts....1fl.oz perhaps two or three times a week. And 98 per cent of sea water around the average coastline is far from pristine ! Far better to follow the pattern suggested and use seaweed in your diet . every day.
