The diet pills will blow out your adrenals since although, you are getting an adequate supply of nutrition, it is not ample enough to support the use of diet pills which would overstimulate hormones and glands which are trying to get a rest during the cleanse.

Smoking...some use this time to give it up. I am not a smoker so perhaps others who have used the cleanse to quit can share some feedback.
