I don't have my electronic juicer or my handheld lemon juicer anywhere near me and we want to start tomorrow or the day after.
Any suggestions for the best way to get the full amount of juice?
My boyfriend suggested squishing them between two bowls but I didn't find that to be as efficient as it could be.
Any ideas?

By the way, anyone who's helped with my questions pertaining to my boyfriend starting this for his first time with me, he decided to do the tea. I went ahead and got some senna. If I find that the health food store has Smooth Move or anything I'll probably get that as well or any other brand I've been missing out on. :)
