Well today is day 40 for me; tomorrow is OJ and the start of a new lifestyle of eating to live. I weighed myself this morning and I was 435 lbs I have lost 62 lbs in 40 days!
I want to thank everyone for all the great advice and send blessings to all as well as Greatest success and my warmest regards.
