It has been several days since my first flush.
After First Flush...
Still pain on right side, but dull so I will wait two weeks.
My flush was on Monday, but I was shocked because on Wednesday I passed a one inch worm (angel hair pasta type) about an inch long (1-2 cm) attached to fecal matter. What type of worm is this?

My energy has increased since flush. That is wonderful! I wonder if the increased energy is from the liver being cleansed or the big magnesium supplement (epson salts).
