mmmm no ex lax is a bad idea...at your health food stores you can find colon cleanse pills...i take dr schulze's intestinal formula #1 and #2 ...also ask barefoot has a good one in my colon cleanse pills there are ....curacao, cape aloe leaf, senna leaf and pod, cascara sagrada aged bark, oregon grape root, jamaican ginger rhizome, garlic bulb, and habanero pepper.
