Hey, so you and I are both at the beginning. I'm just starting Day 3 here. This is my second 10-day MC, and it's going a little differently. My first day was the WORST this time, but yesterday was better and I think I am finally starting to feel hints of the good stuff that inspired me to do the cleanse again. Stick in there. Plus, once you get done with Day 3, youre almost a third of the way done.
