The first three days are the worst. Don't give up. "This too shall pass." Hang in there so that you can get to the finish line.

I'm on Day 9 and the cleanse is a breese at this point. Just keep your goal in mind and before you know it, you'll be where you want to be. You will feel such a feeling of accomplishment when it's all over.
