Celtic Sea Salt is the ONLY salt , most other salt unrefined or not is rubbish and no better than the rubbish on the supermarket shelves. Oh!!?? but the stuff I use is unrefined ...I hear you say. But my friends... it is also HOW the Sea Salt is harvested that counts...and there's the rub. Celtic Sea Salt is a great normaliser of blood pressure. If your blood pressure is high it will lower it if it is low it will raise it to normal levels. Unfortunatelt most, if not all health so-called professionals lump all salt as bad salt. This is a very sweeping statement because it just ain't so!!
