Woohoo...back aboard...good for you. I wish you had someone to delegate some of the rummage sale chores! That sounds stressful for the fasting woman in you! But the weekend will be here and over before you know it, and hopefully you will get some rest!

You might consider taking an extra spoon of syrup or molasses when you begin to see the end of your rope off in the distance...ggg

The brushing...do not be afraid to brush. The goal is to stimulate the lymph glands that lay just under the skin, about the size of kidney beans. Of course, bleeding is not recommended, but its not like you are going to scrape off your suntan or anything....ggg.
