Does it really help stones to pass by softening them before hand by drinking apple juice with orthophos for 5 days before the flush? I have a cleanse kit that uses this method and I did pass some stones. Two weeks later I used clarks method,without apple juice and ortho phos, and passed many more stones than on the previous one.
What gives?
