Oh good! Major Progress!

With those little deposits under your skin, really consider looking into body-brushing. It sounds like a congested lymph system and that will help tremendously. The book on skin brushing is also under my blog entry, "Junk in the Trunk".

I feel better already. Listening to that clarion call for some pillow wrestling works!
