this is day 21 for me and this is the first day i've felt a bit unfocused myself. i 'm also feeling a bit worn out. it's cold and rainy here in nw washington state today and i've felt chilled all day. can't seem to get warm. may have a cup of peppermint tea. (i heard that's allowed..) if i continue to feel this way for the next couple of days i may break the fast. i don't have any set limit on how long i'm going for. i feel i will know when i'm ready to stop. if i feel depleted then i will stop.

do you have a specific goal in mind?
