I use a regular spoon as well and during my first 5 day cleanse it didn't seem to be "heavy enough' because it didn't produce an elimination. I upped the amount by a 1/4 of a teaspoon and it worked just fine. I started out at that amount with this cleanse and experienced the swelling. I'll try the two LEVEL teaspoons and see what happens. Thanks for the tip!!!
