I didn't feel that much better but maybe it is gradual. i had just finished teaching 4th graders and slept a lot the first few days. I have had energy to do many things. I think I was expecting a great influx. It didn't happen.

I stopped at day 10 for a couple of reasons. I've also had a rash reaction to something. Maybe it's just the cleanse. I did OJ yesterday and because the rash seemed to get worse switched to Watermelon juice today. I had a few run to the toilet moments this morning, but gas only.

but today has been fine. I started some veggie broth tonight (bought some at Whole Foods - too salty) and the probiotics.
