Thanks Cori.. yes, I see what you mean. It would be great to know what I am, what brought me here and where I'm heading. I worry about my unsettled/not belonging feeling but didn't imagine the Master-Cleanse could help you with such things.

My cravings for food have gone and I'm sure I'll do just fine tomorrow. I'll stick to day 10 and break the fast. It's been my first one so maybe I shouldn't overdo it. Or maybe I'm being influenced by all the people who tell me that this is not good for me, that it'll do me more harm than good. My gut feeling is that I'm ok for now, and want to go on, even though I'd hate to lose my hair in the future. :-)

Apart from my cravings of today I haven't felt so well in years!
