you should be so proud of yourself. sounds like you can overcome anything, to be drug free for the past 10 years, that is an accomplishment!!! good for you. i am sure your body is loving you for all the good you are doing for it. keeping the bananas and babyfood on hand sounds like a good idea. that way if you find you have to eat it will be something that your body can handle. we are all here for you, and i am sending you lots of support and praise.
