I too am considering Watermelon to break my fast, and I'm thinking of purchasing a seedless Watermelon (which still contains tiny white seeds), cutting up some chunks and blending it in the blender. I am going to try to strain it after it's been pulverized, and drink whatever liquid I can strain off. Then on day 3 of breaking the cleanse I will begin to eat the water melon whole on day 3 or 4 (I am fasting for 40 days, extended fast means extended breaking of the fast).
