Today is my second day of my fast and the headaces continue. i had a minor one yesterday after 5 pm, woke up feeling great, and then at 5 pm I started getting a headace that only got worst. The migrane lasted 5 hours and during the time I threw up 3 times. I'm a little worried about my bodies reaction and am considering breaking the fast tomorrow.

I drank 30 oz yesterday (day 1) and 50 oz today of lemonade + 2-3 glasses of water.

any advice would be appreciated. has anyone experience these symptoms? any explaination for them??
