I usually lose the same exact way. Nothing too impressive. But then, I think about how people exersize a whole month to lose 5 pounds. So... are we expecting to much, or what? I know I am when I read about the 2 pounds a day loss others have. But I wonder for how many days they lose like that or if it tapers off to a pound a day eventually.

They never elaborate.
