Okay, so I sorted out my problems with the Intestinal Formulae and have finished taking all the gray clay. I am still experiencing strong cramps in my gut when my bowels move, but it diasppears as soon as I'm done. I am passing small white balls (a bit smaller than moth balls) along with all the other stuff, which I find very interesting -- any idea what it could be? Also, do you think that if I continue taking the first formula the cramps I'm feeling will eventually go away? I have a history of irritable bowel syndrome and the pain is consistent with that. Any other treatment that will help IBS?
By the way, this colon cleansing has cleaned me out on a spiritual/personal level as well, which is a dramatic result I didn't expect! I highly recommend a cleanout to anyone who feels stuck in other areas of her/his life.
