Day 1 for my for my 3rd go. I love the cleanse, my first cleanse I felt as if I could fly, lost 12 pounds, started the South Beach diet directly after the orange juice fast, lost another 8 pounds, just quickly got tired of eating again, so I went back on the cleanse for another week, didn't lose anything just felt great. Now after eating (sometimes bad) for a few months now, I am again ready to go on the cleanse hopefully for 3 to 4 weeks instead of the 10 days. Everyone out there hang in there, this cleanse is the best thing going, it's safe, economical and you do get really great results.
