How would I know I'm hydrated enough?!

So would it be ok to do the Liver Flush at the end of the MC? How would I go about it, with a 6 day preparation of apple juice right after the Master-Cleanse (ie. not taking the organge juice for 2 days, etc, etc?)

I've read there are varios ways of doing Liver Flush. Which one would you recommend?

Anyway, today I'm starting my 7th day on the Master-Cleanse and I'm feeling great. The most amazing change for me is that I see very clearly! Took the P&B shake last night and SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) this morning and it worked, but by now all that comes out is mainly liquid, with some bits of parsley like (sorry to share all the details :-)). Has anyone had the same experience?
