i think the soup is no good to do ...veggies and rice is so hard to digest it was delicious but i felt like crap...after the 10 day master cleanse i did:) back in november...i plan to break on raw fruit...when i do ...and only that ..and then introduce other foods later...I am on day 19 of a juice fast..some oj.. some master cleansers...today its acv cocktails....
