I am basically a beginner myself. I just know about the PAIN because I did not break Properly AT ALL after 17 days. BOY did I Play hell with the BLOATING and PAIN for Weeks and WEEKs abd WEEKS. I was living on the Vegie Soup and Organic Yogurt too. I couldn't eat real SOLID FOOD for nearly 2 months.

That is my explanation of what happened to me. But Zoebess can tell you better what else can happen. sff
