Hi Cayenne!
I'm on day 1 - so, I'm sort of starting with you. Day 1 - 3 is the trickiest for me, after that I can get into a zone and it becomes habitual and I hope to be fine. I am aiming for 21 days but I know it will be the toughest thing ever...I can already feel the cravings kicking in.
