Hi CQ: I'm glad that Day Two is going well. I try also not to think of the days ahead but try to just be in this experience.

Today is day 5 and I'm so overwhelmed that I've made it this far. I'm not hungry any longer so that is not an issue, but I feel very weak. I'm not drinking enough drink, so I'm going to do better today. I've lost 8 lbs. and it feels so good. My stomach which I hate so is going down.

I feel so proud of myself to have come this far and I'm there with you so know that you have support.
