That's good to hear!!! Congratulations on Day 20!!! I was wondering if the hot BM was actually instigated by all of the exercise and movement you performed yesterday. Like you got things flowing and your body said, "OK, I don't need this, I don't need THIS, ect." Just a thought!!! :-) Keep up the good work!!!
