I just ordered 6 boxes of the Yogi Fasting Tea to help take the edge off the hunger when it strikes at night. That is the worse time for me. I keep busy all day working and the few rumbles get fed the Master-Cleanse Lemonade and it passes.

BUT, I am a night owl, so by 8-9-10 pm, I just BEGIN the hunger rumbles and by 12 or 1am, I am having a crisis. Can't sleep because of the hunger. I am an insomniac, so this is nothing new.
