i will tell you i starting fasting at 127 pds...i am 5ft 7 inches...and now i am down to 117.6 ...in 18 days...so i have not been losing weight fast..i would not worry about it....i look far from a skeleton...i was kinda hoping to lose some of this fat.i still have high fat content 26% ..i dont get it really ...so thats why i keep staying on it..waiting for it all to come off...:(
