thanks..yesterday i almost thought about eating..haha..i am on a 30 dayer at least....I pray i make it everyday..i try to sleep half the day to make it go by quicker...haha sometimes it works ..I even had to go to a restaurant only one so far..i ordered a san pellegrino water...lemons and i had my dr schulze cayenne tincture with me:)) so i had that and watched them eat...surprisingly i was not really interested ..even though i knew that restaurant was so yummy..i just kept sipping my lemon water..thinking of a much bigger goal...my acne etc etc...hehe
