The SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) flushes out the intestines and the colon and so using probiotics on the cleanse is basically a waste of money, however, a great option once you break.

You can use a little less maple syrup but as that is your main source for nutrition, it would not be the best choice.

Have you considered doing your Paragone first to knock down your overgrowth? Certainly, if you do decide to go through with the Master Cleanse, you would want to address that issue in a timely manner after completing your cleanse. Ideally if you did the Paragone cleanse, The Master Cleanse would do a great job of flushing out the dead debris of the yeast.
