Hmmm...not sure about worrying about losing the enzymes in the lemons. We are getting most of the nutrition from the maple syrup. It is true that you should drink the lemonade the day you make it to realize the full potential, but I have made the lemonade up a day at a time for all my cleansing. I tried the glass at a time and instantly realized that I would totally procrastinate and not get in my required amount if left to my own devices and as the day wore on and I felt funky, I would NOT be willing to go through the process of getting out the juicer et al. So I found it much easier to mix it up and divy it into 3 bottles which I consider my breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It has worked fine for me and many others. It is most likely just what your personality might prefer. Others may need the ritual of making one glass at a time to help them *own* the cleanse...I need the convenience of the handy grab and go. I also never chug it. I drink it through a straw and one bottle is two glasses which I drink generally one after the other. I like the first glass cold and the second is much less cold by the time I get to it and that is fine for me. Enjoy your lemonade!



Way cool that you and your mom can do the cleanse together. I am sure my daughter would join me but we do not live in the same town. She does make it but I do not encourage her too much since she is almost too slender and eats really healthy and exercises...all the stuff I should do more of...ggg
