Hi I am on day five of my first "real" non-cheating MC. I do seem to have a yeast problem, I mostly notice it as small bumps in my mouth, I have taken paragone successfully in the past. Any thoughts on taking probiotics or less maple syrup, or anything else? I read in the archives that paragone during the cleanse itself would likely be too much. Any thoughts will be appreciated!
