I take intestinal 1 daily. I take 2 as needed and do the 5 day, 5x day cleanse every few months. Flora Source is always good! I make my rejevalax from wheat berries instead. I take superfood daily.

Always rest once a week of all your herbs - Christopher used sunday, I use 'whenever'.
