i realised i have done the calculation wrong for the Water Cure . we use metric system here. that's so stupid of me, gotta fix that first...

so what should i do when i have reached the targeted 2-3x a day?
(i can't start doing the Bowel Cleanses before then right?)
what method would u recommend ?
