i would say once a day.

i'd also like to ask another question. for the past one month, from my friend's advice, i've been taking vit B complex, vit C, fiber and protein supplements everyday. Do you think this is a good method. Should i continue having the supplements or should i just forget about it and do the cleanses only? thanks.
