2 weeks ago I took one dose of superfood with juice in the morning and got severe abdominal cramps, smelly gas, and diarrhea. I figured I just needed an intestinal cleanse, so 10 days later I started taking intestinal formula 1. I've tried it for 3 days now, and am having intermittent abdominal pain (extremely severe when it comes, relieved by going to the toilet), very very smelly gas, and my stools have now developed into diarrhea. I have decided to stop taking this product. Should I give it all a rest? Or should I take intestinal formula 2 after letting my system calm down? If I do so, is there a modified dosage I should take, given the adverse effects of these other two products? And should I try again to take Superfood but in smaller doses? I felt very sick last time.
